Kona Grill - Alpharetta

This is a great stop at Avalon if you neeeca place to sit with friends. It’s not too loud and service and food are consistent. Our waiter Justin fid a nice job. There is a nice conversational bar area and this is a very consistent place to have a meal. Everything’s pretty good and I would recommend the steak or burger with fries.

Amazing experience in Kona Grill. We had the pleasure meeting a warm , charming and lively server named Imani . One of the best servers we ever had. She was attentive and checked in with us on several occasions regarding our meal . She has a fantastic customer centered approach . My family was very much impressed by her polite behavior. Her positive energy and genuine care made our experience so special. We’re so grateful for her and can’t wait to come back because of the wonderful service she gave us!

The food and atmosphere here were incredible. Our waiter Nigel really made the visit. He was pretty consistent with checking in on us and was right there asking about a refill as soon as I was getting low. Will definitely be back. Long work week = much needed

This is a great place to come if you’re at Avalon and you want a nice sitdown restaurant with excellent service. This is a solid restaurant, and our server did a fabulous job today. The food is definitely overpriced, but you are paying for the location. I would say that my Asian salad with chicken was sort of sad for $28, but my husband did like his steak and my family loved the seabass.

I come here all often for the food. It is really good. In the last 6 months or so, ive noticed a major decline in service and food quality. This evening I drove 30 minutes from midtown for their cheesecake (it is that good) and I received slices that look to have been eaten from. I sent it back & 10 minutes later they brought the SAME SLICES!!!!! I had to get a manager and wait another 5 minutes for what I originally ordered. These slices are $20 by the way. Absolutely ridiculous.
