Fountains Mall

Only went to Dischem Pharmacy. A beautifully laid out shop. The mall seems to be very well maintained with lots of safe parking.

Fountains mall is the only sizeable shopping centre for all people from Cape St Francis, Sea Vista, St Francis Bay, Oyster Bay, Humansdorp and Jeffrey’s Bay. The centre has a bit of everything but only the large national shops are present with the odd specialised shop like Gabriel’s Jewellers. One can probably get something you need urgently. The issue is that the content seldom can compare with the same national shops in the rest of the country. The Woolworths does not keep country road or most of the upper lever quality of other Woolworths. Neither does any of the other clothing shops. Sizes are a problem if they have anything one may consider. There is a gym, the art shop moved, and the shoes are not good quality in most of the shops. I have stopped visiting Game 10 years ago due to a lack of informed assistance. It might have improved. The attention of the car guards in the parking area is close to harassment. But as it is the one and only shopping centre, one has little choice but to visit it from time to time. The centre is clean and well maintained.

Small mall, only three entrances, we don't have all the shops but we have the ones we need, very basic and safe, barely crowded, overall experience is good. There is room for improvement by the parking area, more surveillance is needed.

Poor trading hours for the festive season. Spar and Checkers in town trade untill 20h00 evenings but PicknPay in the Mall only to 19h00.

Always a special somewhere to make use of. Lots of shops to explore. Always a pleasure to visit this mall. Even nice goodies to buy in the halls.
