The experience was just okay, expected more but didn't live up to my expectations. Experienced a bee problem whilst there, not sure if it was because we sat outside and it dented my experience. The food was well prepared and presentation great. Tempted for a second chance but will see.

The minute you walk in, there is Phil waiting for you with a beautiful smile, the rest of the staff acknowledge your presence and as you walk to the chosen spot of your choice, the kitchen team makes eye contact as you walk in 👌, they look so free and comfortable because they know their story and they have nothing to hide. The food is so amazing that even when we were at Waterfall , we made a clear decision to drive to our Lupa in Bedfordview. Your pizza and pasta are the best 10/10. Phil is very patient and always helps us all the time. I definitely rate everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you so much .

Thank you to Siza for always checking up on us, recommending the best dishes Lupa has to offer! Thank you to Vincent, manager, for making us feel so so welcome 🙏🏼 A quiet Sunday and I enjoyed the starters. Their pizza was delicious too! You guys made my mom’s birthday really special.

This is an extremely late review. My friend and I went to Lupa on a Friday in March of this year. It was lunchtime and it was rather quiet in most places. We had ordered from the specials board. We both had the prawns and fries for R115. The fries were really good. It had some sort of truffle oil, I think, on it. I could be mistaken. The prawns were a nice size. I also could be mistaken, but I think it was 6 queen prawns. I asked for peri peri, however the sauce was not peri peri at all. It did have a nice flavour, but no actually kick to it. Our waiter was friendly. The place is really nice. I'm yet to go back at a more vibey time. Also, to try more of their food. The other reviews have some mouth-watering pictures!

We really enjoyed celebrating my grandfather's birthday at Lupa. Tylon, the manager, went above and beyond and organised us a lovely table and a surprise birthday treat. He and the other waitstaff were very attentive, and while our pizzas took a little while, they were definitely worth the wait. Thanks so much to the team!
