Kona Grill - Oak Brook

Our party of 4 for lunch had a great experience. Came early when just barely opened. Good food, good service and nice place. We had starters of tempura shrimp and avocado rolls, for main we all had different variations of surf and turf with different butters. Our server flame warmed the lobster garlic butter table-side. Also ordered some sides like whipped potatoes and sweet chili green beans. Everything was delicious. Had red wine, cocktails and soft drinks. Was given a birthday dessert at the end - see photo - both selections were very good and the butter cake was very original and delicious. Will return - conveniently located and easy parking.

This is a wonderful restaurant, the ambiance is terrific, it is very comfortable. The service is exceptional, our waiter Rodolfo was great, he was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. I DO NOT EAT SUSHI so can't speak to how it is at this restaurant, but their NY Strip Steak was delicious, mouth watering good. So good that I will definitely return to order it again, plus I enjoyed the whole restaurant.

Lunch specials was a HIT! A 3 course meal insisted of, an entree, appetizer, and lastly a dessert and let’s not forget a glass of wine all for $39! Plenty of options for lunch! And plenty of seating. Even a sushi bar! Our server was nice. He was quick and attentive. He also served us fantastic drinks. We had the cupcake moscato, and passion fruit margarita. Both were delicious! For starters, we ordered the smoked salmon flatbread with onions. For entrees we ordered the KG beef sliders, shrimp tacos and the KG double cheese burger! The burgers were amazing! You could smell the flavors just dancing in your nose hairs! Fries were even prefect! Even the salmon was perfectly smoked! Quick fast and delicious food is what Kona Grill delivered and we were completely satisfied! Check em out!

My boyfriend and I love to come here for the happy hour special that they have. The food is always amazing, this time we had the burger and fries. The service is always top tier no matter how slammed this place can get. Our server, Quinn whom we had on a couple of different occasions. always gives us a warm welcome and is able to cater towards our needs so that our experience here is the absolute best.

We had a wonderful dinner at Kona Grill in Oakbrook! I brought my two nieces and nephew, and the service was top notch from the moment we walked in. Our waitress, Imari, was incredibly friendly and attentive, and even the general manager stopped by twice to check on us (I wish I remembered her name!). The kids’ bento box meals for $8 are such a great value, and you can add on a fun ice cream sundae for just $1, which the kids loved. I treated myself to their seasonal Pumpkin Mocha Martini—absolutely amazing! For dinner, I had the Steak & Frites (6oz NY Strip with Béarnaise sauce), and it was cooked perfectly. To top it all off, I couldn’t resist their seasonal pumpkin pie, and it did not disappoint. Great food, excellent service, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
