Very disappointed in the clinic nurse. Being told I need an appointment for immunisation after sitting in the queue for over an hour with two small children. To prep a child mentally and physically for this is not an easy task and being told to go away and come back when doing the injection would not have taken long is unacceptable!

Most of the staff are very pleasant and helpful. But there are staff members that could really do well with a course in customer service.

Thank you for going the extra mile for me. I had unbearable pain after extracting teeth and you guys made sure I received my meds even though the prescription was late. Thank you so much for caring

Staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. I asked an employee if they could help me find a specific product, as I couldn't, and I was told to leave them alone as they were busy and didn't want to help me. They could have referred me to someone else or told me to hold on a minute. Simple manners and kindness go's a long way.

My first visit to Fynbos. To prepare I sent the prescription and all information 2 hours in advance. When I got there only the email was printed. Waited another 20 minutes!
