no complaints about the food, BUT my friend ordered 8 sushi pieces and waited over two ours, continuously asking when it will be ready, only to be met by a shrug. Later, after we received only my food (which was more than the pieces of sushi) fed up we asked again, and the waitress said they hadn't even started with the sushi. We eventually just cancelled the sushi, much to the waitress's delight, and left hungry. Would not recommend on a busy day, otherwise if the whole staff can focus only on your party of two, you should have no problems🫶🏼

It was a bit of a disappointment. Good service, very friendly manager. Unfortunately the food was a bit of a hit and miss. My wife had sushi, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had the seafood medly and although the chips and hake was very good, the calamari was 5 or 6 very small strips and the 6 mussels was so small that I struggled to find the meat. AND WHY WOULD ANY ESTABLISHMENT SERVE WARM FOOD ON COLD PLATES!!!. There is so much more potential. Get the basics right. Chill your beer glasses.

⭐️Fantastic buzz as we arrived for birthday breakfast for group of 12 people. ⭐️Everyone’s order was perfect - no glitches, no mistakes - and waitrons kept coming back for requests and checking that all were happy. ⭐️Generous portions, excellently served and tasty. Quite a varied menu. ⭐️And happy we all were! ⭐️Definitely going back for more! Well done Goukou!👏👏👏

Lovely ambience with modern, eclectic twist, sushi options and small, but varied menu. I enjoyed my hake & chips and hubby enjoyed his mussel pot (which seemed too creamy for my taste). Friendly and efficient service from our locals.

Excellent Burger for lunch. Rhona the waitress was friendly, quick on her feet to help and spot on with friendliness and superb service. I noticed other tables having plates og properly stacked Sushi!! Restaurant is modern, fresh and well managed. Please visit them. Worth every cent!!
