Lovely little café tucked away in the corner of this shopping center! Food options are great and I'd recommend for breakfast and lunch here The owner, Gavin, went above and beyond to help accommodate my puppers outside seating area (as they cannot be inside) and brought a bowl of water too

Underwhelmed. Please be aware that the original ownership/management changed and that previous reviews may not all reflect current service and quality of food and drinks. Plunger coffee was weak with very little taste - it could not be of the Lavazza quality advertised on cups. Although the prices for breakfast is extremely reasonable the quality of products are doubtful - the "flaky" croissant was old, bacon under-cook yet tough. Fries was pleasant and of the sort which is made for dipping. Think twice before using the napkins. Service: pleasant waitresses. Perhaps over-stressed. With guidance and support it would be smooth sailings for them.

The place to go to and get breakfast. The owner was such a sweetheart and the waitress as well. The food was outstanding especially the english muffin with that lovely relish and poached eggs. Even the hot chocolate was exceptional. It was nice and creamy and not watery like most places. Honestly I highly recommended place. As the food is just as good as the service.

SO impressed with this restaurant! The owners were on top of everything, the food options were great and I personally LOVED the Carb Conscious options on the menu, and that one could order double portions (since I only eat once or twice a day). My meal was exceptionally flavourful and perfectly cooked and I received the same feedback from all the others at our table. The meals arrived in reasonable time and are also very well priced for what you get. The setting is quaint and the owner friendly. Definitely my new go-to restaurant in Stilbaai!

Sterrehemel Cafe absolutely surprised us! We were looking for a place to celebrate my husbands birthday and what an absolute perfect place. Firstly the service was great and we felt welcomed. Secondly the decor is stunning with the most beautiful seat in the cafe, we enjoyed the couches and felt like royalty. The large projector screen and two large side TVs kept our son happy. Thirdly the crockery was delightful and added to the stylishness of the cafe with steel straws, beautiful extra large cups and saucers with porcelain spoons and the most petite golden spoon for the chilli sauce and the details of the beaded little stick to keep the sandwich in tact. Lastly off course was the wholesome and tasty food. Wow! We had mayo chicken toasties and chicken strips and fries which was lovely. This is a total must visit for everyone in stilbaai and we will definitely be back for more.
